Michael
is a lifelong Learning & Development professional formerly of The Gillette
Company where he directed the Learning Operations for the GOLD (Global
Organization Learning & Development) group in the Southeast Region. Michael has over 25 years of
Learning & Development experience in several fortune 100 corporations including
the Johnson & Johnson Company, Duracell Battery Company and the United States
Army where he was the Training Officer responsible for the AH-54 Apache Attack Helicopter project
pilot training.
Michael attended Cincinnati State (formerly Cincinnati Technical College) where he studied engineering and
Xavier University of Ohio for his B.A. in Communications and Masters work. Michael brings several distinctions and
certifications with him including a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources),
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) "Pioneer" member, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Certified Performance Consultant
(Jim Robinson and Dana Gaines-Robinson), DDI Certified
Facilitator, Dale Carnegie Graduate and certified in Managing the Training
Function. Michael is a member of the American Society for Training & Development
(ASTD), Socirty for Human Resources (SHRM), OD Network (ODN), and the
International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). In addition Michael has the unusual distinction of two patents on
medical devices and a commercial pilots license pilots license (Rotary
Wing). Michael is a husband
and father of 4 (Three surviving), proud grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren (Raphael, Makayla, Ariella, Alona and Almira) and friend to
his pet cockatiel Sampson. He currently lives in Savannah, Georgia and it has always
been his dream to find a way to bring the expertise of his fortune 500 organization

to any company regardless of size that would benefit from it. He does this through
his vast network of extraordinary Fortune 500 cross functional professionals, the use of client resources and
emerging technology to reduce the cost of these services making it affordable to
